Terms of service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Who we are
Interactive Bingo (virtualteambingo.com) is provided by Jeffrey Normore, an individual seller ("we", "us"). When you use the service or buy an event session, you are contracting with Jeffrey Normore.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and if you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
3. The service
Interactive Bingo lets hosts run live online bingo events. Each purchase grants one event session: 60 minutes from launch to run as many games as you like, and a game still in progress at 60 minutes may finish before the session ends. Events support up to 200 participants. Gameplay data is deleted seven days after a session ends.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including by:
- using it for any unlawful purpose, including unlicensed gambling or lotteries;
- fraud, spam, or impersonation;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- interfering with security, introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
- reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits of the service.
Hosts are solely responsible for any prizes, participant eligibility, and compliance with gaming, lottery, or contest laws that apply to their event.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the sessions you purchase.
7. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Event sessions are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. See our Refund policy.
8. Service level and warranties
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (such as lost profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your event gameplay data is deleted under our normal retention schedule.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
