How billing works
One-time payment, not a subscription
You pay once per event session. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no account required for your players.
Taxes are shown before you pay
Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, so the total you approve is the total you pay.
Checkout handled by Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every order, which means Paddle processes the payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and issues your receipt.
One price, no per-player fees
The price covers the whole session. Adding more participants does not change what you pay, up to the 200-participant limit.
Refunds
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all orders.
